Art happens daily here at HQ, where every moment is a creative one. From collage to canvas to gold leaf, we work in various media. The Cloud Forest Series explores moving into the unknown, of internal layers and external information, of connecting above and below, of intuition and of the mystical illuminations of the divine in the cloud of unknowing. Bodying forth into terra incognita, with feet on the ground and vision clouded, we are asked to turn to a different way of knowing – that which precedes logic and centers on the syntax of perception felt in the landscape of the flesh drawn from a source at once familiar and foreign in the process of transformation.
