Gold dust & other economic stimuli

Here at the Auspicious Projects studio, where we shampoo and condition with brilliance, we adore all that glitters. So we were pleased to see the budding of golden leaves this spring. Since we like to cultivate good omens by tapping into the universal bank of auspiciousness, we thought it would prove sagacious to mix it with some media.

According to the ancient pulse of feng shui, decorating with gold is said to bring good fortune. With the fervor of the Midas Touch, gold leaf began to make more cameo appearances on our canvases.

The result was subtle and enticing. Our walls were impressed. And soon, we found ourselves rolling in enough Bennies to feed our Patagonia habit. (Well, almost.)

Each 12"x12"x1.5" canvas can be made with your color preferences.
Perfect for hallways, stairwells and any space that could use some bling.

OTHER GLIMMERS:

More fieldwork is underway over at The Kissing Lessons, where the learning in relationships 101 never stops short of the most important relationship of all: the one we have with our self.

Love flowers, but hate weeding? Plant some on your walls. It's almost better then Xeriscaping.

Canvas, photographs, oh my! We need more wall space.
