Of honey moons & magic dew

Here at Auspicious Projects, where every hour is a happy hour serving up shots of genius, we're celebrating Midsummer's Eve and the one year anniversary of one of our favorite blogs.

The Kissing Lessons, an anthology of vignettes from the course of love, seeks to bring to the surface the moments and scenes, memories and feelings experienced by the many faces of love. However integral and soulful these insights and exposes are, the blog begins with this precept, as Shakespeare wrote in A Midsummer Night's Dream, "The course of true love never did run smooth."

Covering twitterpations and brain chemistry, to waning beloveds and belittled love, The Kissing Lessons boasts over 250 entries choc full of juicy wit written by someone who appears to wear her heart on her sleeve (but it's really just a tattoo). You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll beg for more: "Oh, pray thee tell..."

OTHER LOVE NOTES:

Oh, oh, oh! the flowers will be delivered on Friday...

We'd be lying if we said we danced with Orlando Bloom at Tango class this week.

The Chez Artiste studio is working a living, breathing body of work whilst simultaneously wondering how such a little body can emit so much light.

You can find me on facebook at this email: ali@auspiciousprojects.com, and become a recipient of these auspicious happenings at the same address.
